This past weekend some girls from the Golden Drop Society and I got together for a fun Girls Night, filled with appetizers, desserts and a make in take! We made so many fun things! Here are some of the recipes I made!
Body Butter
*1/4 cup shea butter
*1/4 cup coconut oil
* 20 drops of your favorite Young Living essential oil
– mix the two together until they reach a body butter consistency. Add in essential oil and store in glass container.
– apply to legs nightly
– Other oils that would be great:
Lavender
Joy
PanAway
Frankincense
Patchouli
EndoFlex Cream
* 1/2 cup coconut oil
* 20 Drops EndoFlex
– apply over thyroid and adrenal glands daily
Oatmeal Melrose and Lavender Bath Satls (adapted from Just the Essentials)
* 1/2 cup Lavender infused Epsom salt (i had already had a container of Epson salt mixed with Young Living lavender oil)
* 1/2 cup Oats- pulsed to fine consistency
* pinch of culinary lavender
* 10 drops of Melrose
– mix all together and store in a glass container. Add desired amount to bath water
