Favorite DIY roller ball blends!

One of my favorite things to do with my Young Living oils is to make DIY roller ball blends. These are so convenient to use while I’m out and about. One of the reasons I really like making them is that I don’t have to worry about taking my oils and carrier oil with me. Everything is pre-mixed! Which makes it simple!

I use glass roll on bottles like the one HERE or HERE. Dark glass roll on bottles can be hard to find sometimes, so when I’m using the clear ones I just make sure I decorate the glass with cute tape and keep them in a dark place. Direct sunlight and heat will affect your oils.

BLT & Avocado Wrap

I made a Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado Wrap for lunch that was AMAZING! The recipe came from the cookbook “The Virgin Diet”. The Virgin Diet is an elimination diet- no gluten, no soy, no milk, no eggs- From the sound of it, it sounds just awful! But I tell you-I’ve made two recipes out of the cookbook so far and they have both been great!
I wish I had a better picture, but I wanted you to see the colors! Doesn’t it look yummy!
